Return & Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure you love your products! If you have any questions about products prior to ordering, please email us at Support@lynneandlamour.com so we can answer those questions. We want to keep returns to a minimum just as much as you do!! 

Items may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be in NEW & UNUSED condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup-free, deodorant-free, smoke-free, stain-free, and with original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned and back at Lynne&L'amour within 21 DAYS of your confirmed order date from our website. *Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for return shipping. 
  • *All shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility (see below). 
  • Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s). 
  • Footwear must be in its original box and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape should be attached to the shoe box.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not returnable. 
  • Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items.
  • No returns of headwear due to hygiene reasons. 


Additional Notes:

  • Lynne&L'amour reserves the right to deny returns if the merchandise shows damage or use.
  • All "final sale" products non-returnable.
  • Orders requested for cancellation may incur a 5% cancellation fee depending on timing of packaging.
